Hydra charges for orchestration, not compute. On the BYO tiers the inference runs on your own machine, with your own subscription — Hydra never proxies your AI accounts through our infrastructure. It is the cockpit that directs your agents and shows you the work, running on your hardware. The platform fee is for that cockpit.
