Jake Spray serves as Chief Financial Officer at Adam Silva Consulting, overseeing financial strategy, capital allocation, and long-term business planning. With a background rooted in finance, investor relations, and complex capital structures, Jake brings a commercially grounded perspective to ASC’s operations—ensuring the firm and its clients are positioned for sustainable growth and fiscal clarity.
Throughout his career, Jake has worked extensively with executives and emerging companies to navigate international financing initiatives, equity placements, and capital structure planning. This expertise allows him to help businesses build institutional confidence and align financial health with overarching strategic objectives.
Jake holds a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University and previously held Series 6, 7, 24, and 63 securities licenses. Outside of the office, he is an All-American swimmer and diver, having competed as a USA National Diving Champion and member of the U.S. National Diving Team.
