About Jon
Jon Moen serves as Chief Technology Officer at Adam Silva Consulting, where he leads the firm's AI infrastructure strategy and hardware architecture practice. With deep expertise in high-performance computing, liquid-cooled GPU server design, and enterprise data center operations, Jon bridges the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and the physical infrastructure required to deliver them at scale.
Prior to joining ASC, Jon served as USA Technical Director at EK Cooling Solutions (EKWB), where he designed, sold, and deployed liquid-cooled AI/ML GPU servers to elite institutions including MIT, Cornell, Princeton, Texas A&M, and CrowdStrike. His work with high-density configurations — 16-GPU open-loop racks powered by NVIDIA H100s and AMD EPYC processors — established him as a trusted authority in the hyperscaler and enterprise AI hardware space.
Jon's approach to technology sales and implementation is defined by a relentless focus on understanding client needs through deep technical knowledge and active listening. He is known for rapidly establishing trust with CTOs and procurement teams, translating complex infrastructure decisions into clear business outcomes, and delivering solutions that work on day one.
At ASC, Jon applies his infrastructure expertise to ensure that the agentic commerce systems the firm builds for clients are backed by compute environments engineered for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. His hands-on experience with PyTorch benchmarking, PCIe 5 architectures, and enterprise-grade cooling systems informs every infrastructure recommendation the firm makes.
